OCD
What is OCD?
Obsessive-compulsive disorder generally involves unwanted and intrusive thoughts (obsessions) that lead to a lot of anxiety. The person then engages in repetitive or ritualistic behaviours (compulsions) to reduce these feelings of anxiety.
OCD symptoms involve fears that you or someone you know will be harmed, harming others, violent/sexual thoughts, worries about germs, frequent checking, hoarding many items, needing lots of reassurance and a strong need for orderliness.
